None of the attacks on Ash were product reviews either, & nobody presented them like that. As a matter of fact, most people are/were impressed with the products themselves. The posts were public attempts to contact Ash about service issues (usually) after multiple attempts to reach him through more appropriate avenues, or warnings to others about Ash's non-responsiveness (not products). Therefore, your analogy is nothing less than the purest grade bullshit. ... And your post was still out of line given the circumstances.
